Celeste Johnson, BA
HFW Facilitator/Coach
YFTI Co-Trainer

Celeste graduated from Eastern College with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in social welfare. Following graduation, she pursued various positions in the social work field including direct care in a residential treatment facility (RTF), as well as working in Behavioral Health Rehabilitative Services (BHRS) and in children’s case management. These positions allowed Celeste to assist children and families, and she credits them for giving her a desire to see families take more ownership in their treatment and overall success.   When Celeste heard about the High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) process, it gave her great hope that there was now an avenue for change in the children’s service system. She was very eager to become a part of the HFW workforce.  Today, Celeste feels privileged to be working as a HFW Facilitator in the Montgomery County HFW program. She reports that it has been a wonderful four years.

Celeste is a credentialed HFW Facilitator, and now a Youth and Family Training Institute certified co-trainer for the Five Day HFW Team Training that all HFW workforce members must attend. She is excited to be teaching HFW to others who have the same passion as she does about a process that encourages and offers tools to youth and families so that they are able to create a better life for themselves.
