Emergency Contact

Taking care of yourself and keeping yourself emotionally and physically healthy is always the priority. There are times, however, when the stress of living or constantly dealing with adversity can overwhelm any one of us. It’s not a weakness. There is just a limit to what we can contend with on our own.

Please don’t ever feel alone. We are an organization that understands youth and families dealing with emotional and behavioral health issues. However, we cannot offer you emergency assistance and cannot be an emergency contact for you.
There are several things someone can do when they are in crisis, or they have an emergency, or are feeling suicidal. Phone numbers beginning with “800” are toll-free.

In cases of emergency, please call 911.

For immediate help, anytime, day or night… 1-800-273-TALK (1-800-273-8255) is The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline, funded by the Federal Government. It provides immediate assistance to individuals in suicidal crisis by connecting them to the nearest crisis center in their area. www.suicidepreventionlifeline.org

More than 140 crisis centers currently participate in the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline network. Each center receives calls from designated areas of the country, creating a nationwide coverage area.

Calls to 1-800-273-TALK are routed to the closest available crisis center.
