Currently, in her position as Program Director, she supervises Family Support Supervisors. Her supervisory staff provides oversight to Family Support Partners who provide support to families raising children with MH, emotional or behavioral concerns. Toni is also a credentialed Coach/Supervisor and a certified Lead Trainer in High Fidelity Wraparound in the state of Pennsylvania. Toni is also the mother of a son, who has MH, emotional and behavioral concerns and understands that hearing a family’s “voice” is paramount in planning services “with” them for their children. She uses this personal experience to help families navigate the MH system in a positive and constructive way.
